GRATIS ENTRÉ till konferensen på Folkets Hus i Stockholm. Välkommen att delta i Workshop 4, som SeniorNet arrangerar!
EuroDIG står för European Dialogue on Internet Governance. Nätverket är europeiskt, dvs öppet för fler än dem som ingår i EU. Det grundades år 2008 och årets konferens hålls i Stockholm.

Ms Hanssen has a long list of positions in the Norwegian society: for many years she was the managing director of the Oslo Cinema Company and member of the Oslo City Council - among others. She has authored many books, is a very frequently used contributor in every facet of the Norwegian culture- and media-arena - and a fierce warrior on behalf of the seniors of “The Third Age”.

Yuliya MorenetsTaC (Together against cybercrime), France

Ms Morenets has been working for a long time now with the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime, as a Consultant and Deputy Head of the Unit on cybercrime and organised crime within the Economic Crime Division of the Council of Europe. Ms Morenets is a Council of Europe expert at the questions related to good governance at the local level; she is an external expert for the Council of Europe Working Group on Cross-border Internet. She is an ITU Team Leader for HIPSSA project on Cybersecurity. In April 2012, Yuliya was appointed MAG member of IGF meetings.

Ana Cristina Neves, Director, Department Information Society, Science and Technology Foundation,Ministry of Education and Science, Portugal

Ms Neves chairs the Task Force Priority Setting of the EU Strategic Forum for International Cooperation on Science & Technology. Vice-President of the Working Party on the Information Economy at OECD. Delegate to the EU HLG on Internet Governance (IG), GAC member at ICANN. Member of the PT delegation at the UN CSTD (Committee on S&T for Development). Also member of the Multistakeholder Group of IGF and co-organizer of EuroDIG since 2009.
Specialties: Government liaison, European Union and International Relations negotiator - in particular complex negotiations on public policies in Internet Economy, Information Society and Science. Internet Governance and multistakeholderism.

Mikael von Otter, Economic policy expert, IT- and Telecom companies (Almega)
Sweden

Mr von Otter is a much published expert on IT-issues with more than 40 years of experience and employed by Almega - the trade organisation for the Swedish service sector. Almega’s associations – including the IT- and Telecom companies - are part of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. He is currently the Chairman of DigiDel, the Swedish campaign for Digital Inclusion. He is also on the Board of Directors for .SE, appointed by the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.(.SE is a private foundation charged with the responsibility for the Internet’s Swedish top-level domain .se. The profits finance further development of the Internet in Sweden). Special interests: ICT usage and benefits and regulatory telecom-issues.

Christine Runnegar, Senior Policy Advisor
ISOC, Geneva

Ms Runnegar’s current areas of interest include online IPR issues, privacy and identity. She contributes to the OECD’s work on privacy through the Internet Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC) and APEC’s work on the Cross Border Privacy Rules (CBPR) System through the APEC ECSG Data Privacy Sub-Group (DPS). She also participates in the Internet Architecture Board (IAB) Privacy Program, co-chairs the W3C Privacy Interest Group (PING), and works closely with other Internet technical experts on privacy and provenance. Prior to joining the Internet Society in early 2009, Christine was a Senior Executive Lawyer employed by the Australian Government Solicitor.

Kęstutis JuškevičiusProject Manager "Libraries for Innovation"

Mr Juškevičius is the IFLA/EIFL representative and holds a PhD, majoring in informatics. His main interests focus on applications of information technologies to social, cultural and public administration fields. In 1996 he joined the UNESCO Chair in Informatics for the Humanities at the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics and took part in projects on creating of digital archives of old sound records, developing of multimedia electronic books, computer aided learning courses. Since 1998 he has also served as the Information Program Officer in Open Society Fund - Lithuania and was leading the ICT projects in medical, cultural, civic fields. Since 2007 he is leading the project "Libraries for Innovation". Special interests: information technology acceptance problems, application of ICT in rural areas.
